BUYING ONLINE

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Uber Threads Boutique , but for any reason you are not we will be happy to refund you within 14 days of when the garment was received , provided it is in its original state , labels attached. Please return to the below address where once we have inspected the garment we will refund you after 7 working days of the item being received back.

Please note: we do operate a strict 14 day return process therefore if your item is retuned back to us after the 14th day we will automatically issue a store credit UP TO 21 days after the item was received by you.  Items returned back to us after this time will unfortunately be returned back to you once the postage cost has been paid. 

Your refund will be for the garment(s )only. Postage cost is not refunded unless the item was faulty.  

We don’t at this time refund return postage unless the item is faulty.

Please retain your postage receipt until you have received your refund as we can’t contact to let you know we have received your return.

Please also note, the sender is responsible for the returns, therefore if your returned items are lost in transit the owness is on the customer to track this with their chosen courier, and make any necessary claims for the lost parcel. Uber Threads cannot refund for any returned items that have been lost in the post.  

Once your refund has been processed you will receive a email notification to alert you that your refund has been processed, which generally happens later in the evening.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare occasion you find a fault with a garment purchased from us either online or in-store, please contact us directly on 0161 763 5361 to discuss or email us on the contact page, we will be happy to exchange or offer a full refund once the garment has been inspected and the garment received back at Uber Threads boutique, address above. In the event of a faulty item your return postage is refunded to the value of 1st or 2nd class signed for service which is up to the value of £6.50
